2019 Silverado 1500 launches full suite of truck accessories and performance parts, offering customers more personalization choices for the all-new truck Chevrolet introduced a stylized 2019 Silverado High Country today at the State Fair of Texas, highlighting Chevrolet’s collection of truck accessories and performance parts for the all-new Silverado. The High Country is one of four concepts Chevrolet will introduce this fall, each designed to showcase how customers can accessorize the new Silverado to suit their personalities. “We know every truck customer is unique, which is why the Silverado offers eight trims, each with a different combination of technology, performance and design,” said Hugh Milne, Silverado marketing manager. “With a full catalog of accessories and performance parts, we offer exponentially more ways for customers to build their ideal truck. And, unlike certain aftermarket components, these are designed, engineered and validated to the same engineering standards as the Silverado itself, and backed by Chevrolet.” The catalog of genuine Chevrolet performance parts and accessories includes step kits and tonneau covers, illuminated bowtie emblems, cargo bed storage boxes, brake systems and suspension lift kits. These parts were designed and developed along with the new truck, for seamless design and performance integration. GM-designed parts are validated to the same rigorous standards as the factory-installed components, and are warranted by Chevrolet when installed at the Chevrolet dealer.1 Associated Accessories are developed and backed by third-party companies, and are reviewed by Chevrolet to determine proper fitment.1

The 2019 Chevrolet Blazer will shake up the two-row midsize SUV segment by offering a diverse set of personalities for customers who place a premium on compelling design. Offered in L, Blazer, RS and Premier trims, with L starting MSRP of $29,9951, each trim has a unique look, with specific cues designed to suit different tastes. The Blazer joins the industry’s broadest, freshest crossover and SUV lineup since 2015 and will go on sale in early January. “The Blazer’s design offers customers a crossover that can exceed their needs, matching their unique personality,” said Steve Majoros, Chevrolet marketing director for Cars and Crossovers. “Blazer sets a new design language for Chevy’s crossover family and extends our momentum into one of the industry’s fastest-growing segments.” The new Blazer is the boldest, most progressive expression of Chevrolet design. A wide stance, tight proportions and dramatic sculpting define the model, with the diverse trim range complementing the Blazer’s versatility with choices for varied lifestyles and personal preferences. The RS model’s blacked-out features, for example, deliver a sporty, street-inspired look, while the additional chrome on the Premier delivers a more upscale appearance. These unique design cues (outlined below) are supported with content, interior finishes and additional available features to distinguish each of the Blazer’s identities. NEW FOR 2019

Bison is Chevy’s first collaboration with American Expedition Vehicles (AEV), a premium off-road aftermarket manufacturer. Through constant innovation, Chevy has gained more than a quarter of all midsize truck sales in less than four years in the marketplace. In consecutive years, Colorado introduced the segment’s first diesel engine (excludes other GM vehicles), an all-new V-6 gas engine/eight-speed transmission combo, the ZR2 “segment of one” off-roader and now the Bison. For maximum protection of key undercarriage elements while driving over rocky, jagged terrain, Bison features five skid plates covering the engine oil pan, fuel tank, transfer case and front and rear locking differentials. Designed by AEV, these skid plates are constructed of hard, durable hot-stamped Boron steel. Chevrolet is launching a new smartphone app called Call Me Out* to help remind new and experienced drivers to keep their eyes on the road and put their phones down while they are driving. According to a recent Research Now survey, 84 percent of people admit that distracted driving while handling a phone is dangerous, yet 90 percent of drivers have done it. Driven to change the behavior and the conversation, Chevrolet hosted a hackathon where teams of young people were challenged to propose ways to reduce distracted driving. The framework for the Call Me Out app was born from the effort. Call Me Out combines two extremely influential forces — technology and the people we love — to change distracted driving behavior. The smartphone app is designed to leverage the positive influence of peer pressure on behavior. Users are encouraged to invite friends and family to “call me out” and record a positive message to remind one another to keep their hands off their phones and on the wheel Convenience. Entertainment. Appearance. Storage. Accessorize to make the most of your vehicle’s interior while personalizing to your individual tastes. From Universal Tablet Holders to Rear Seat Entertainment, a full range of electronics are available to keep everyone happily occupied. Other interior accessories include Interior Trim Kits, Door Sill Plates, Premium All-Weather Floor Liners and Floor Mats to name just a few. NEW FOR 2019
