There are many things that a trained Chevrolet mechanic will know to look for beyond oil changes and tire tread. During National Car Care Month, schedule a service appointment that you may have been putting off. 

Here are a few tips on caring for your vehicle:
Reduce time between service appointments
Don't wait for the sticker on your windshield to be past due. These service stickers often have a date written on them for the absolute longest time to wait between check-ups.
The little things matter
Small signals like brake noise, puddles of liquid left behind, noises coming from under the hood, and air conditioning not blowing as cold can all be indicators of a larger problem.
Large things matter too
If you are noticing things like loss of basic functionality or booming abnormal sounds you will need to have your vehicle serviced as soon as possible.

Learn how to connect wirelessly with Apple CarPlay in your Chevrolet vehicle.

Only select vehicles and select iPhones offer this option. If your vehicle and phone do offer this option, work through these steps to enable a wireless connection with Apple CarPlay:

1. Pair/connect your phone to the infotainment system using Bluetooth.
2. Follow the prompts on the screen and on your phone to start a wireless Apple CarPlay session.

 
On some vehicles, after you start Apple CarPlay using a Lightning connection, you're asked if you want to enable wireless Apple CarPlay for future use. If you agree, the next time you go for a drive, your phone will automatically connect wirelessly with Apple CarPlay.

To Exit Apple CarPlay

1. To exit Apple CarPlay, press the Home button.
2. To return to Apple CarPlay, press and hold the Home button OR touch the CarPlay icon.
