$5000 TEST DRIVE GIVEWAY OFFICAL RULES

"$5,000 Test Drive Giveaway" contest sponsored by Courtesy Chevrolet to enter contest, entrants may visit Courtesy Chevrolet and complete entry form.  Contest begins September 1, 2013 and ends when the 300th entry has been received.  Drawing to be held not less than 7 or more than 14 days after 300th entry.   Winner need not be present at time of drawing.  No purchase necessary to enter or win.  Purchase does not increase odds of winning.  Entrants must accurately and truthfully complete entry form to be entered in drawing.  Information is subject to verification prior to award of prize.  Only one entry per household allowed.  Multiple entries disqualify entrant from giveaway.   Contest may alternatively be entered by mailing 3X5 post card with entrant's complete name, address, telephone number and e-mail address  to "$5,000 Test Drive Giveaway" C/O Courtesy Chevrolet, 750 Camino Del Rio North San Diego CA 92108.  Entry forms must be received by contest deadline. Courtesy Chevrolet is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, illegible, mutilated or have insufficient or inaccurate information, and reserves the right to amend these rules and/or modify scheduling of or discontinue the contest without prior notice.   CONTEST IS LIMITED TO FIRST 300 ENTRIES received by Courtesy Chevrolet. One winner will be drawn at random from pool of total entries.  Odds of winning are determined by total number of entries but in no event will be less than 1 in 300 chances.  In the event prize winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Courtesy Chevrolet will select an alternate winner until a qualifying winner is drawn.  Contest not open to Courtesy Chevrolet employees and their immediate family.    A statement of the winner's name will be available after they have been contacted.  Winner must claim prize prior to 5:00 pm on the seventh day following announcement of the Contest winner.  This contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.    Winner must submit valid proof of identity, sign an official waiver form and consent to have their name, likeness and image used for promotional purposes without further compensation.  Must be 18 years or older and a California resident to enter and win.  Cash value of prize is $5,000. No second, third or other place prizes. Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 and will be responsible for paying all associated income tax.  No equivalent or substitute prizes permitted. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Courtesy Chevrolet relating to this contest.
